Liz is a Sydney-based professional dancer, choreographer and instructor with 20 years of dance experience and 9 years of teaching experience. With a diverse training background spanning ballet, jazz, contemporary, commercial, Latin and heels, she brings strong technical foundations together with confidence, expression and femininity. Liz is passionate about creating empowering spaces where women can explore movement, build confidence and discover their own unique expression through dance.
