Selina Te Hira is a Sydney-based professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, and an AMPA graduate with almost 10 years of teaching experience. With professional credits including The Empire Strips Back, Blanc de Blanc with Strut & Fret, and Carnival Cruise Lines, Selina has extensive experience performing in cabaret, commercial and high-energy stage productions. Her background in cabaret and heels performance has developed a strong foundation in heels technique, sensual movement, confidence, musicality, lines, grooves and stage presence. Selina’s heels workshops combine technique with choreography, helping dancers feel comfortable in their heels while learning how to perform with confidence, intention and attitude
